What Clients Saying
I was looking for the best quality pond agency. I needed the perfect work. Finally, I found Two Fish Inc. Their experienced workers completed my project in a limited time.
What started out as a simple pond cleaning turned into hundreds of dollars spent and a hole in our pond liner at the end. Communication was terrible and we had to constantly reach out to beg them to come look at our pond to get things fixed. Would not recommend them to anyone and would advise looking elsewhere.
I really enjoyed my experience with Tim and Two Fish Louisville. I purchased my home several years ago as an estate sale where the backyard had completely overgrown. After clearing the backyard in several phases, a small pond with an outdated pump system was revealed. I had not the slightest clue about pond maintenance or how to even begin the clean out process. When the time came, I reached out to Tim with immediate response. He was out to assess the pond condition and provide a quote the next day at the time we agreed upon. He was able to provide me w a direct quote for labor costs and materials needed for the job. For the first phase we decided to keep it simple with a new pump and lights. The pond had easily sat for 10-15 years without any care or cleanup so a majority of the cost included clean up. For the labor and parts required for the job, I felt his price was extremely fair. He also provided me with several ideas and ways I could spruce up the surrounding pond area. He wasn’t trying to force anything or make a sale…genuine, knowledgeable and personable. We set a time for his team to start cleanup and sure enough they arrived promptly and got the job done. We were not home the first day but work had clearly been done. When it was all said and done, I was extremely pleased with the result. I now have a functional, CLEAN pond that adds a relaxing feature to our backyard. My hope is to give our home the tranquil and quaint backyard it once had. Tim was the help we needed to get that process started. I will definitely use his services in the future and in our next pond phase. Thank you!
I have to start by saying I am late at this review but it's something I've wanted to put on here for quite a while. First off, my first impression when I got to talk with the owner he was very nice and friendly and scheduled me for my pond cleaning the soonest they had available. He came out to see my pond and give me an idea of what it would cost and I was able to pick his brain about ideas and what I could do to improve my pond since I installed it my self. He was very helpful and knew his stuff. As time wend on and it was about 3 weeks until my cleaning I had to text him and cancel the cleaning appointment. He understood and said it wouldn't be an issue to cancel . Due to low funds and timing it was going to have to wait. Plus I had already been cleaning on it my self . I was making my self coffee on a cold day and happened to look out my back window down stairs and I seen a couple of men in my back yard. It then dawned on me who they were! I immediately ran down stairs and told them to stop! and seen they had already did some work by draining my pond and moving some rocks around . I felt so TERRIBLE! One of the men was already on the phone with the owner so I was on speaker with him and he had completely forgot about canceling. Here it was freezing cold out and these guys are out working in water cleaning my pond after I canceled. I felt so bad. The owner assured me it was okay it was not at my fault because I did cancel. He just had been so busy. He was such a kind man. I was not charged for what they did, and I felt terrible. If I had the cash I certainly would have given those men something. I plan on using them in the future and I've told my neighbor about this company because they want a pond also. He is a good person and he has good men that work for him. They were very kind as well. They kept telling me it was okay, no big deal. But I felt like it was and I felt so bad. That was money lost when they could have been at another clients home. If anyone is on the fence about this company being honest , nice and respectful let me put your worries to rest. They are all good things. Thank you again. I will use your company in the future and keep telling everyone I know about your kind service !
We had Two Fish out to clean our small pond water feature. They took great care with the fish we have in the pond. The guys who came out were great and very professional. They even helped clean out the rocks that had fallen in from the border around the pond. They were so nice to my young son who was very interested in what they were up to. I will be using them again for sure.
My husband does good, work has many loyal customers and hes 5 stars i.n my book!!!
If you want be ripped off completely, then go here. Tim comes across as a Christian and such a caring "nice guy", but is definitely not upholding Christian values and is a liar who gouges, uses child labor and doesn't follow through on anything unless threatened. He lied about the estimated time (2-3 weeks of XYZ and did basically half of X), claimed they would have a full crew of professionals (I have recorded EVIDENCE of children at my home working), and he exaggerated everything from the problems and never really offered a real solution. He took advantage of me as a newbie in pond ownership and he is the WORST contractor in all of Kentucky. Feel free to contact me. Avoid at all costs. I will refer you to honest, ethical people. He charged me $12,000 for a $2,000 job. We will just leave it at that.
